Redmi 3S unveiled in New Delhi and soon to be sold in Indian market

The populist Redmi series under Xiao Mi brand have been sold 110 million mobile phones all over the world. In the current hot Indian market, Xiao Mi released another Redmi mobile phone to harvest the market share. Today, Xiao Mi holds a press conference in New Delhi and Redmi 3S is officially unveiled to Indian Mi fans, for whom Redmi 3S’ low price and good performance is hard to resist.

Redmi 3S is the upgrade version of Redmi 3, which Xiao Mi didn’t release in India in fear of affecting Redmi Note 3 in the local market. The main difference between Redmi 3S and Redmi 3 lies in the processor. The former one is updated to Snapdragon 430 and the latter Snapdragon 616. In addition, Redmi 3S supports fingerprint identification. There is no much difference in other configuration, including 5.0-inche 720P display screen, 2GB LPDDR3 internal storage, 16GB flash memory eMMC5.0, 13-megapixel camera and 5-megapixel front-facing camera, LTE applicable and built-in 4100mAh battery.

Concerning to the price, Redmi 3S in India sells at 6999 Rupees, about 693 RMB, slightly lower than in Chinese domestic market. The advanced version of Redmi 3S sells at 8999 Rupees, about 891 RMB. Redmi 3S will officially come into Indian market on August 9th, with its super cost performance, the sales of which remains to be seen.
